Thomas is 8

Today my first baby, Thomas turns 8 years old. This little boy is an absolute blessing. I can't  believe that I will not have 3 car seats in my truck anymore! He gets to ditch the booster seat! He couldn't wait to get rid of that thing. I did tell him that he could still use it if he wanted too - but his answer was "No way Mom"! Frank and I decided to let him have his birthday gift from us a little early. We gave it to him yesterday. It was such a beautiful day, we could not resist. After all there is not much time to enjoy a new bike after school, homework, ball practice, and a birthday dinner! He loved it! It is a pretty fancy bike too (Tony Hawk)! He had to get use to the "hand" brakes. He enjoyed riding around all day! Of course there had to be a little "Star Wars" action going on too! I will post more birthday pictures later...

My Skoy Cloths Have Arrived!

You may recall that I recently won a pack of Skoy cloths from Monkey's Mamma's giveaway. Well they came in the mail yesterday. Let me tell guys -  these little guys are wonderful! I couldn't wait to try them out. I grabbed them right away and wet one down. I wiped my granted counter tops down. Normally everything that I use to clean these counter tops with leaves them streaked. Not these bad boys.. Just plain water and PRESTO - clean and shiny! My blog whacked out on me and I am trying to fix it... I don't know a whole lot about this blog editing business, but I am learning....slowly. Please excuse the mess. I will get it looking decent after a while... I hope...

It's My Birthday..

Today I celebrate my 37th birthday! I had breakfast brought to me at work, lunch with some friends and a "surprise" staff meeting that resulted in eating LOTS of Birthday cake. Frank and the boys gave birthday cards too. We will most likely go out to eat for dinner tonight! I have received over 50 emails and posts on my FB wall too!
Thanks to all for all the birthday wishes!

Next week... Thomas will be 8 years old. Time to get the party details worked out! I will be posting about the "sleep over" later....

Peace and Quiet...

It doesn't happen often... But my house is very quiet right now... Frank is looking for a new truck on the Internet and the boys are in bed - and no TV. I haven't posted  alot lately. I have been really busy taking care of the house, and working. Right now I am going to catch up with my bloggy friends and friends on face book...

Oh and enjoy my peace and quiet... 

Crazy Boys

My boys were outside goofing around last week-end and decided to have some fun with the air compressor. Frank was supervising them as they were blowing stuff around in the garage. Then they decided to blow the air in their faces. They were just a giggling! So of course I had to grab my camera! The thought the hair blowing was the coolest thing!
